Terms & Conditions
While liability insurance is held, Micklehead Dog Run & Woodland Walk/ Fran Mcmahon/ land owners/ organisers are not responsible for any customer or pet during the hire of our field. Use of the Field is entirely at the user / hirer’s own risk.
The Landowner accepts no liability for the death of, or injury to, any person/dog or for damage to any property. We also accept no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs/expenses or other liability incurred by the hirer during the use of the field.
All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owners risk. We accept no responsibility for damage, accidents or otherwise, whilst they are on the premises.
Payment of the full fee is required when booking and is non-refundable unless the hire is cancelled before 48 hours of the allocated date and time.
No booking is valid without payment.

Dogs Wellbeing
All dogs must be up to date with relevant jabs/innoculations before visiting the site.
The dogs owner/customer is responsible for their dog at all times on site and Micklehead Dog Run & Woodland Walk all associated parties will not be held accountable for any dog escaping the site.
Micklehead promotes the safe handling of all dogs on site and as such any chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not allowed. Inappropriate handling of dogs, either verbal or physical is not allowed.
All dogs must be healthy and fit, if your dog or any dog it lives with is showing signs of ill health I.e. cough, diarrhea, vomiting, you must cancel your booking. We will happily work with you to rearrange the booking for a more appropriate time.
Do not enter the field until the previous customer has securely exited the field with their dog.
When not in the secure area dogs must be kept on lead at all times

Customer Expectations
You must have exited the field within your agreed time allocation so it is vacant for the next person’s booking. Anyone remaining in the field over their allocated time will need to pay for the extra slot and will be discouraged from booking again.
Any owners who cannot get their dogs back at the end of their session must notify us through the website. Any subsequent charges due to overrunning the time slot, must be paid for.
If the customer arrives late, the booking cannot be extended without booking through the site and is dependent on there being availability. In this case, the booking must be made before the start of the subsequent session.
Any breakages or damage to the field will be paid for by the dogs owner.
It is the responsibility of the dog owner to clean up after their dog. Please take waste bags away after your allocated time has expired A maximum of 6 dogs per field hire booking unless otherwise agreed. Poo bags are not provided.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the gate is locked using the padlock whilst on site.
No litter is to be left in the field as this is a risk to other dogs.

Payment, Cancellations and Rescheduling
Payment for field hire is made at the time of booking.
Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your slot time, unfortunately cannot be refunded.

The Field
Any booking does not in any way create rights to the land for any customer. The booking agreement is an arrangement to hire the land for a a specific timeframe and upon expiry of that time, the customer must exit the site. The land will always be the property of Micklehead Dog Run & Woodland Walk/Fran McMahon
The field is inspected regularly but please notify a member of the Team if you have any concerns.
Users must inspect the field to ensure that it is suitable for use by their dog(s), fence height, equipment etc.
During adverse weather, the field can become muddy so we advise customers to wear suitable footwear.
Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised by an adult at all times, but please respect neighbouring properties.

Obstacles & Equipment
Any obstacles are used entirely at the dog owners risk.

Padlock Code
We send a valid padlock code out to confirmed booking customers through a confirmation email.
The code is changed regularly and only customers registered on the booking are allowed on site during the allocated time.

Covid-19
As part of our Covid-safe protocols we ask that all customers bring their own hand sanitiser and use it immediately after touching the gate and padlock on entry and exit.
If a customer has over run their time slot please get in touch with the team by calling or messaging us (Details are on the website and confirmation email). Please do not approach them.

Your Data
We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking, or to advise of promotional offers. The information is not shared with any other parties.

Summary
We agree to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the customer expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Micklehead Dog Run & Woodland Walk / Fran McMahon.
